During the first months or the war, we were flooded by thousands of refugees that fled their homes with almost nothing in their hands. Some of them had summer clothing and sneakers on. That was in February and March which are two of the coldest
\nmonths in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s why we knew what to do and how to help right away.<\/p>\n
After a while, someone asked us: \u201cWhat do you call that place in your Lviv Hope Center that gives out clothing and hygiene items?\u201d<\/p>\n
Our answer was simple. We knew about Samaritan’s Purse which helps and brings small boxes of joy to people. So we named our ministry…Samaritan’s Shelf ))) since we had many shelves that needed to be filled to help many.<\/p>\n
Since that time, our volunteers from our Hope Center have helped over 10,000 people with clothing!<\/p>\n
All of this is possible because of many faithful people that prayed, donated, and volunteered to show God’s love to those who are in need! Praise the Lord and thank you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
